Question: How do I get a Word publication created in the Mavim Cloud available in my own environment?

Answer:

You can publish directly to TempDisk from the Mavim Cloud by clicking OK in the ‘Publication Word document’ screen and then select the location 'TempDisk' in the ‘Save’ screen and click Save



When the publication is ready; it will automatically be placed in your download folder; and you can immediately open the file locally:


For previously created files you can do the following; in Mavim go to the menu option Edit - Couple Topic with – File and an Explorer screen will be displayed.

In this screen; browse to the previously published Word documents on H:\ or S:\ and drag them to TempDisk so that they are copied to your local environment. (In the download folder).
