If you have a mirrored coupled copy, you have the option to convert it to a regular couple copy. This will of course remove all the functionality associated with Mirrored Coupled Copies.
- Select the Mirrored Coupled Copy you wish to convert to a regular coupled copy.
- Open the context menu and select Convert to Coupled Copy.
A progress bar will appear to show the progress of the operation and depending on how many sub-topics are under the mirrored coupled copy, this can take a few moments.
Once the operation is complete, the sub-icon for the topic will change from this 
to this 
(notice the blue sub-icon to indicate a mirrored coupled copy versus the yellow sub-icon to indicate a regular coupled copy)
