Data Language in iMprove Keeps Reverting to Dutch

Solution:

1. Update Your Bookmark

   • Change the bookmark URL to:
     https://improve.mavimcloud.com
   • This version of the URL is language-neutral and respects the language set in the user’s profile settings.
     

2. Avoid Language-Specific URLs

   • If a bookmark or direct link includes a language code (e.g., nl for Dutch), it will always open the topic in that language.
   • Example:
     A link created while the Portal was set to Dutch will always open in Dutch, regardless of user preferences.
