It is possible to copy and convert databases to either a new database or a backup. This can be done as follows:
1. Start the Database Manager (see Database Manager).
2. Select the database you want to convert.
3. Select the Copy and Convert option from SQL Server Tasks or choose the File > Convert Mavim Database menu item and select the appropriate conversion option.
The following screen will appear:
4. Select either the Backup you want to create or the database to which you want to copy. Enter the details as needed.
5. When copying to another SQL database, ensure to click the Options button and select the necessary security options to make a connection to the database possible.
6. Click OK. The database will now be copied and converted.
