Description Screen - Move, Copy and Delete

You can move, copy and delete (all or a part of) the contents of the Description screen. To do this, use the following options:

• Cut: CTRL+X or right-click and select Cut.
• Paste: CTRL+V or right-click and select Paste.
• Copy: CTRL+C or right-click and select Copy.

You can also access these options on the toolbar: see Description Screen Toolbars.

Move:

1. Select the text and/or image in the Description screen that you want to move.
2. Choose Cut.
3. Select the position where you want to paste the text and/or image.
4. Choose Paste.

Copy:

1. Select the text and/or image in the Description screen that you wish to move.
2. Choose Copy.
3. Select the position where you want to paste the text and/or image.
4. Choose Paste.

Delete:

1. Select the text and/or image in the Description screen that you want to delete.
2. Press the DELETE key.

Another method of removing words is to use the keyboard shortcuts CTRL+DELETE or CTRL+BACKSPACE.
