Description Screen - Using Files

The Description screen can be filled with the contents of a text file: Import File in Description.

It is possible to export the contents of the Description screen for use in other applications:

You can import a file into the Description screen. The supported file formats:

• doc
• docx
• rtf
• html
• txt

To import a file:

1. Right-click in the description screen and select File > Open.
2. In the window that opens, you can select the file location and the file you want to import.

Note: Using this option means that the entire contents of the Description screen will be replaced.

Export Description

You can export the contents of the Description screen to the following file formats:

• rtf
• html
• txt
• pdf

To do this:

1. Right-click and select File > Save As.
2. In the window that opens, you can choose the file location, name and the required file format.
