Mavim supports exporting your processes to Microsoft Lifecycle Services. The steps below detail how you can do this:
1. In the tree view, select the version you would like to export.
2. From the Modelling tab, select Export > Lifecycle Services.
(You have no other opportunity to select the desired version to export. Note that you can also export imported version also.)
3. Click Next once you have selected the desired version.
4. Now you have to option to choose which level in the tree you can include in your export. Any levels in your tree view that exceed the configured number on this screen will be excluded from your export:
5. Click Next to continue the export process.
6. You must now provide information about your Azure environment where Lifecycle Services is being hosted:
Project ID: The area within your Azure environment that has been configured for Lifecycle Services.
Client ID: This is the Application ID of your app registation.
7. Click Next.
8. In this next section you will be required to log in using your Microsoft account to give Mavim access rights to publish this information. Enter your credentials or click one of the listed accounts is any and continue.
The process of exporting to Lifecycle Services will now start:
Once complete you will see the following screen:
9. You can click the provided link (Open new Process Library) to see the result of your export or Finish to complete the wizard.
