In order to remove a Field Set, follow these steps:
1. Select the Field Set you wish to remove
2. Click the Delete button: 
NOTE: Removing a Field Set can lead to data loss! If Fields have been assigned to the Field Set and you attempt to remove it, you will see the following warning:
If you click Yes, the Field Set will be removed. Any Fields that were assigned to the Field Set will remain intact.
Note: Wherever these fields and/or field sets are in use, the entered values will be lost from the database.
