A parameterized URL is built of a base URL and the value of other fields. Here we will look at how you can create the field and configure the base URL.
1. Open the Field Administration screen.
2. Create a new field:
3. Give the field a suitable name and add it to the Field Set.
4. Now with the field selected, look to the bottom section of the Field Administration screen to adjust the properties of the field.
5. Make sure that you have the following properties set:
· Type = Text
· Hyperlink = Yes
6. Once you set the Hyperlink property to "Yes", you will see the Parameterized URL property appear.
7. Enter the URL that will function as the base URL for your parameterized URL and finish it with {*} as shown in the following screenshot:
