Fields are shown separately in the Fields screen (See Fields screen). If this screen does not appear, then you must activate it via the Layout tab in the Application group.
In the Fields tab three buttons are visible, each of which represents a view:
The buttons mean the following:
1. Categorised - This view shows fields grouped by field set.
2. Alphabetical - This view shows fields in list form (with the field set in brackets)
3. Tab View - This view shows fields with the field sets grouped in tabs.
Note: During the version definition creation you can select which field sets must be added to the version. That is how to exclude certain field information for publications.
