Mavim ConversAI is different from generic chatbots. It doesn’t guess. It responds based on your organization’s verified process models. For that to work, your Digital Twin of the Organization (DTO) needs to be in place.

What’s required

Model first: Use Mavim to formally model your processes, systems, roles, policies, and dependencies.
Unified process library: Centralize content into a single, connected model—your DTO.
Secure cloud infrastructure: A Microsoft Azure environment is recommended. ConversAI runs within your tenant and uses Azure-native services.

Without a structured DTO, the AI has nothing reliable to ground its answers on, leading to incorrect or unverifiable results.

2. Technical prerequisites for deployment

Make sure the following platform components and configurations are complete before you begin.

Azure AD Federation	Must be configured using the Mavim Connect Center (MCC).
Licensing	Assign both Improve Admin and AI Add-On licenses via MCC.

⚠️ ConversAI is typically licensed as an add-on for existing customers, or included for new customers by default.
