How to Grant Mavim Manager Access to Users Outside Your Organization’s Domain

Access to Mavim Manager is restricted to users who are part of your organization’s domain and created via the Mavim Connect Center (MCC). This article explains how to grant access to external users, including Mavim partners and guest accounts.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Option 1: Mavim Partner Access

If the external user is a Mavim partner with an existing Mavim Manager account:

  1. Go to the MCC: https://connectcenter.mavimcloud.com 
  2. Follow this guide to grant access to your database:

Option 2: Guest Account in Your Domain

If the user is not a Mavim partner and does not have access to your domain:

  1. Contact your IT department.
  2. Request to:
    • Create a new account in your domain for the external user, or
    • Add the external user as a guest account in your domain.
  3. Once the account is part of your domain, go to the MCC and assign a Mavim Manager license to the user.

 Important Notes

  • Users must be created via the MCC to access Mavim Manager.
  • Domain membership is required for license assignment.
