How to insert images in the Description screen
Target audience:
Users who want to visually enhance their descriptions by adding images or screenshots.
Core purpose:
To explain how to insert existing images or screenshots into the Description screen and how to position them correctly.
Insert an existing image
- Place your cursor in the Description screen where you want the image to appear.
- Right-click and choose Insert > Picture.
- A file selection window opens.
- Browse to the image you want to use.
- Select it and click Open.
Insert a screenshot using Print Screen
- Open the application or window you want to capture.
- Press:
- PRINT SCREEN (PrtSc) to capture the entire screen, or
- ALT + PRINT SCREEN to capture the active window.
- Return to the Description screen and place your cursor where the image should go.
- Paste the screenshot:
- Use CTRL + V, or
- Right-click and choose Paste, or
- Go to Edit > Paste from the menu.
After inserting an image
- You can format the image using layout options.

Important notes
- Make sure the Description screen toolbars are enabled before inserting images.
- Screenshots are pasted directly from the clipboard, so avoid copying other content before pasting.
- Inserted images remain in the Description screen even if hyperlinks are removed from them.
