How to preview the Description screen as a web page

Target audience:
Users who want to see how a topic’s Description screen will appear when published to the web.

Core purpose/goal:
To show users how to quickly preview the Description screen content in a browser-like view before publishing.

Steps to preview the Description screen

1. Open the Topics screen and select a topic.
2. Place your cursor anywhere inside the Description screen.
3. Right-click to open the context menu.
4. Select File > Web Page Preview.

The preview will open in a separate window, displaying the Description content as it would appear on the web.

• Make sure hyperlinks and formatting appear as expected before finalizing changes.
