How to Rename a Topic

Renaming a topic can be done in several ways. Begin by selecting the topic in the Topics screen, then choose one of the following methods:

Rename Methods

• Press F2
  Edit the topic name directly. After making changes, press ENTER or click outside the topic to save.

• Right-click and Choose Rename Topic
  Right-click the selected topic and choose Rename Topic from the context menu. After editing, press ENTER or click outside the topic to confirm.

• Use Properties (F4)
  Press F4 to open the Properties window. Navigate to the Name field, enter the new name, and click OK to save.

Find and Replace in Topic Names

Use the Find and Replace feature to search for specific words in topic names and replace them with another word or phrase. This can be applied to one or multiple topics at once.
