How to switch to simple view in the Description screen

Target audience:
Users working in the Description screen who want to view content in a simplified format.

Core purpose/goal:
To explain how to switch to the Simple View (normal view) of the Description screen for easier editing or reviewing.

Steps to switch to Simple View

1. Place your cursor anywhere inside the Description screen.
2. Right-click to open the context menu.
3. Select View > Simple View.

The Description screen will now display in a simplified format, removing advanced formatting and layout elements.

Important notes

• Wrap Text is only active when Simple View is selected.
  To enable Wrap Text, first enable Simple View in the layout or view settings.
• This view is useful for quick text edits or reviewing plain content without formatting distractions.
