How to wrap text in the Description screen

Target audience:
Users working in the Description screen who want to improve readability by wrapping long lines of text.

Core purpose/goal:
To explain how to enable the Wrap Text feature so that content fits the screen width and displays full lines without horizontal scrolling.

Steps to enable Wrap Text

⚠️ Wrap Text is only available when Simple View is enabled.
If you're in another view mode, switch to Simple View first.

Option 1: Using the context menu

1. Place your cursor inside the Description screen.
2. Right-click to open the context menu.
3. Select View > Wrap Text.

Option 2: Using the ribbon

1. Place your cursor inside the Description screen.
2. Go to Layout > Description Screen Options > Wrap Text.

Once enabled, the text will automatically wrap to fit the width of the screen.

Important notes

• Wrap Text affects only how text is displayed on your screen.
  It does not change the actual formatting or structure of the content.
• If Wrap Text is unavailable, check that Simple View is turned on.
