How to zoom in and out in the Description screen

Target audience:
Users working in the Description screen who want to adjust the zoom level for better readability or layout control.

To explain how to enable zoom controls and adjust the zoom percentage in the Description screen.

Steps to zoom in or out

1. Enable the Description Screen toolbars

   • Go to the Layout tab in the ribbon.
   • In the Description Screen Options group, enable Toolbars.

2. Adjust the zoom level

   • On the toolbar, click the arrow next to the Zoom function.
   • Select the desired zoom percentage from the dropdown list.

Important notes

• Zooming affects only the on-screen view.
  It does not change the actual content or formatting of the Description screen.
• Useful for reviewing layout, spacing, or working with detailed content.
