A specific group has been created that has access to access the Mavim Portal; all Portal users must then be explicitly included in this group.
Therefore; you should indicate to your IT that the user in question has not been granted access to the application in Microsoft Entra ID.
The user must be part of the group that is assigned to this application (or be assigned directly).
