Icons - Manage Icons

Icons that you have created can be found under Objects in the Icons folder: see Objects.

You can change the image of an icon by exporting it, editing it outside of the database, and importing it again.

You can also use the import function to replace the icon image with another one.

Export icon:

1. Activate the Objects folder in the Topics screen: see Objects.

2. Select the icon in the Icons folder.

3. Right-click and select Export Icon.

4. In the window that opens, you can save the image (in PNG format) in a location of your choice, and then edit it with an image-editing application.  

5. After editing you can import the image.

Import icon:

1. Activate the Objects folder in the Topics screen: see Objects.

2. In the Icons folder, select the icon that you have edited or whose image you want to replace with another.

3. Right-click and select Import Icon.

4. In the window that opens, you can select the edited image or a new image from a file location.

5. All topics to which the icon was applied will be automatically updated.
