It is possible to copy data from one data language to another. This is done as follows:
1. Select the topic in the tree for which you would like to copy the data language
2. From the Tools tab select Data > Copy to other language.
The following screen appears:
3. Next to Topic you will see the topic selected when you you chose the "Copy to other language" option from the menu. You can however select another topic using the Browse button
4. Source language shows which language is seen as the source for the copy action
5. Using the Copy to language section you can indicate to which languages the source will be copied to. It is possible to select multiple languages to copy to
6. Click OK to complete the data language copy action (becomes available when destination language is set). Cancel ensures that no changes are made and nothing is copied.
This function is only available for topics under the yellow cabinet. If a topic under a green cabinet is selected, the Copy to other language menu item will not be available.
