Links to Dynamics screens can be modified individually with the buttons New..., Edit... and Delete.
Modifying links Dynamics screens can be done as follows:
1. Open the Dynamics Connection Manager using one of the following options:
· In the ribbon select Tools tab > Web section > External connections website > Dynamics...
· In the ribbon select Edit tab > Couple Topic with > Dynamics...
· Open the context menu of a Mavim topic and select Couple Topic with > Dynamics...
2. Click on the button New...
3. The following screen will be shown:
· Enter the name of the Dynamics screen and enter the corresponding Form Name and Program Code. Ask your system administrator for the right information.
· From the drop down menu, select the desired Dynamic 365 Server.
· Click OK.
The Dynamics screen is added to the list.
4. Select a Dynamics screen link for modification
5. Click on the button Edit...
6. The following screen will be shown: 
· Modify the name of theDynamics screen. The Program Code cannot be changed.
· Select another Dynamics 365 Server is needed.
· Click OK.
7. Select a Dynamics screen for deletion.
8. Click on the button Delete...
· The Dynamics screen is deleted and removed from the list.
