To allow easy proof reading / translation of text by third parties who do not have access to Mavim Manager you can create a Mavim for Authors Document (extension .mxd).
This is a document that can be opened in Word, allowing text to be adapted. The document can then be imported back into Mavim in the language of your choice.
It is important to modify the black text only, under no circumstances must you change the blue text. The blue text is used by Mavim to recognise the topics and place the information correctly in the database.
Note: Mavim for Authors excludes couple copied topics when exporting. These topics can only be translated using the origional topic.
