In a BPMN chart you can select the range of characteristics to be used to manage how your model is shown. If you selec the outer boundary of the model and then open the context menu you can select the Characteristics Range option. It will show the following screen:
By default, All is placed in the Range section. If you want to limit the characteristics:
1. In the Available column, select which characteristics you want to filter on
2. Click the Add >> button to move them to the Range column
As soon as you move characteristics to the Range column, the All selection will be replaced. Removing all of the filters from the range will once again place All in the range.
