Overview - BPMN Chart - Model Explorer

On the lower left of the Visio screen you can see the Model Explorer. This screen shows the structure of the currently opened BPMN 2.0 model. If you right click the Top level in the tree that is shown, you will be able to add:

· A new Orchestration: Creates a new tab labelled Orchestration in the BPMN model

· A new Collaboration: Creates a new tab labelled Collaboration in the BPMN model

· A new Choreography: Creates a new tab labelled Choreography in the BPMN model

· A new Conversation: Creates a new tab labelled Conversation in the BPMN model

· Add Existing Diagram: Allows you to add a process chart that already exists in the Mavim database

· Open the Catalogs: Opens the Model Overview screen showing all Participants, Global Tasks, Global Choreography Tasks, Global Conversations and Resources.

Right clicking any of the sub charts in the Model Explorer will allow you to remove them from the model.

In the case of a Collaboration, you can open the context menu on a Collaboration in the Model Explorer and add an existing process directly to the Collaboration.

Clicking any of the items in the Model Explorer will automatically navigate the view to the corresponding Orchestration, Collaboration etc. If you select a sub process, the corresponding Orchestration will be selected and the subprocess will be highlighted.
