Overview - Cross Function Flowchart - Change Cross Function Flowchart Layout

The layout of a cross function flowchart can be changed in a number of ways:

Align manually:

You can change the layout of the chart manually by dragging and dropping shapes.

Automatic Layout:

You can apply the automatic layout by selecting Layout from the right-click menu.

Align External Topics:

Topics related to the process, such as documents, can be aligned with the topics to which they are related in the chart:

1. Select the topic you want to align in the chart.

2. Select Align related topics from the right-click menu.

Edit Swimlanes:

The swim lanes can be edited; see Edit Swim Lanes. For the layout, moving swim lanes is the most relevant.
