Overview - Cross Function Flowchart - Delete Swim Lane

While you are working in Visio, you can delete a swimlane. This means you are changing the chart definition.

1. Select a lane (click the lane heading; the lane is selected when it is marked with green squares).

2. Press the DELETE key. The lane is deleted and removed from the definition.

Note: A deleted swimlane can be restored later on. Add a new swimlane for the same topic in the same relationship category.
