You can change the relationship category and the colour of a swim lane:
Change Relationship Category:
1. Select a lane (click the lane heading; the lane is selected when it is marked with green squares).
2. Right-click and select Definition.
3. In the window Swimlane Definition you can select another relationship category.
4. Select the Topic in the correct Relationship Category and give any Characteristics Range (chart shows only topics that have a relationship with the characteristic included in the range.
5. Once you have clicked on OK, the changes will be applied to the chart.
Note: One important property of a swimlane cannot be changed: Swimlanes correspond to a topic in the Mavim database. You cannot change the topic a swimlane corresponds to. If you want to use a swimlane that corresponds to another topic, delete the swimlane you do not want, and add a new one that corresponds to the topic you do want.
Changing the Swimlane Colour:
Swimlanes have a colour. You can always give a swimlane another colour:
1. Select the swimlane you want to make a different colour.
2. Right-click and select Format > Fill.
3. Select the required colour.
4. Click Apply.
