If you have a large overview of many topics and fields/field values you may want to use the built in filters to reduce the amount of information shown on screen.
These filters can be used as follows:
1. Mouse over the column headers to reveal the filter icon:
2. Click the filter button to show the current values:
3. You can enter text in the available field to sort through the values you have and mark the desired values by filling the checkbox next to the value.
4. Now Close the filter screen and you will see the topics that meet the filter criteria:
At the bottom of the Edit Fields screen you can see which filters have been configured. You can of course set multiple filters to narrow your overview down even more. Each filter you set will be shown here. You can click the checkbox to disable and enable this filter or click the cross to remove all filter options.
Note! If you open the Edit Fields screen for the same topic again, make sure that filters from the previous edit action are disabled.
