Not all relationships are shown within the matrix, only those that fall within the matrix definition.
However, there are relationships that fall outside the matrix definition that it may be useful to see within the matrix screen. This is what the Other Relationships column is for.
In this column it is possible to see relationships
· for which the Relationship Category is included in the definition and
· for which the related topics are not included in the definition or
· for which the Characteristic is not included in the definition.
Here are a few more rules regarding the Other Relationships column:
· Relationships in the Other Relationships column can be deleted in the matrix, but no new relationships can be added to the column.
· The Other Relationships column is never published.
· If the options 
(Don't show empty columns) or 
(Don't show empty columns or rows) are selected, the Other Relationships column is not shown unless there are values to show.
