Overview - Reports - Fields (sub tab)

Using the Fields sub tab you can determine if and which fields must be assigned to topics to be included in the domain of the report.

· The checkbox next to Ignore unused fields, is enabled by default. With this checkbox enabled, only the field(sets)s that occur in the branch on which the report is based will be shown in the selection window. Disabling this checkbox wil show all other field(set)s in the database in the selection window.

· By default all checkboxes are disabled in the selection window. This ensures that all* topics with or without fields will be included in the report domain.
By enabling a field only the topics that have this field assigned will be included in the domain.

· If you enable a field in the selection window, you can enable the Equal to checkbox and specify a value for that field. Doing so will only show topics in the domain report that have the enabled field assigned including the value you have set.

* Depending on the settings under the Advanced button the settings of each section of this Fields sub-tab will obtain independend or all together.
