When you open a report it is possible that information used to construct the report is changed. This is not directly visible in an opened report.
When you would like to see the updated data in an opened report you simply need to make use of the Refresh button in the Report window.
The report will then be re-created and the changed data will be included.
Note: By closing the report and opening it again (by double clicking the corresponding relationship) you will achieve the same result.
