Overview - Reports - Topics (sub tab)
By using the Topics sub tab you configure a topic filter.
The Topics sub tab is subdivided in five sections:
1. The Select on section:
In this section you can type a text and then choose for one or more of the options In name, In code or In Description. The domain will then be built up of all* the topics in which the typed text occurs in the name, code and/or description respectively.
2. The Topic Types section:
When you enable the box next to Topic Types, the list of Topic Types below it will be accessible. In this list you can enable each Topic Type which you want to add to your domain.
If the checkbox next to Topic Types is not enabled, all* Topic Types will be added to your domain.
3. The Icons section:
When you enable the checkbox next to Icons, the list of Icons below it will be accessible. In this list you can enable each Icon that you would like to add to your domain.
If the checkbox next to Icons is not enabled, all* Icons will be added to your domain.
4. The Mutation Date section:
When you enable the checkbox next to Greater or Equal, a calendar will appear in the drop down box to the right. You can select a date in the calendar. All* topics that have been modified on or after that date will be added to the domain.
The same is true for Smaller or Equal, but now all* topics that have been modified on or before the selected date will be added to the domain.
By enabling both checkboxes you can create a specific period with a selected start and finish date. All* topics that have been modified in this period will be added to the domain.
5. The Levels section:
With the Levels section you can configure how deep the report must search. The default value here is "All sub-topics".
* Depending on the settings under the Advanced button, the settings of each section of this Topics sub tab will work independently or together.
