To select a relationship in a Visio chart, click the arrow. Upon selection it will be marked by either green or red selection handles.
When the arrow is connected to a shape on both sides, a selected relationship will be marked by two red selection handles on both of its end points:
When the arrow is not connected to a shape on one or both sides, that end point will be marked by a green selection handle:
Most commonly, the relationships between shapes in a chart are merely used to show the direction in which to read the chart. They are Whereto/Wherefrom relationships. These types of relationships are not shown in the relationship screen in Mavim, unless there are two or more such relationships leading from or to a shape.
Other types of relationships, such as a Who, Where, Why, Input etc. are also shown in the relationship screen in Mavim. When you select the relationship in Visio, the corresponding relationship (if it exists) will also be selected in Mavim, and vice versa.
