If you click a shape in Visio, the shape will be selected. You can see which shape is selected by the green selection handles:
If you select a shape in the Visio chart that has a corresponding topic in the Mavim database, this will also be selected. Conversely, if you click a topic in Mavim, if the corresponding shape exists, it will also be selected.
