If you click the Relationship Options button in the Word Theme in the Levels tab, the Options Relationship Categories window becomes available, containing three different tabs. Below is an explanation of these three tabs:
General Tab
Show Relationship Categories:
Check which relationship categories you want printed. On the right, you can change the order in which the relationship categories will be printed.
Show:
Here you can indicate whether the User Instructions or Dispatch Instructions should be printed.
Table Options tab
A large amount of data about relationships can be printed:
· the relationship category icon, e.g. Who relationships with the icon 
.
· the relationship category name.
· the characteristic icon (where applicable).
· the characteristic code (where applicable).
· the related topic icon.
· the related topic order number.
· the related topic code.
· the related topic name.
· the related topic's supertopic name.
· the related topics supertopics, up until the highest level in the branch.
By enabling the boxes, you can indicate which of the data items you want to print.
Order of Columns:
Determine the order in which the selected columns will be printed (horizontal order).
Sort order:
Determine how the relationships need to be arranged (taking account of the sort order of the relationship categories (see General Tab) (horizontal order)). The table layout is selected in the Table Gallery.
Alternative Text tab
In this tab, you can give the text in the relationships tables alternative names. Only the names of the relationships that you have selected will be used.
