On the User Defined Fields tab, you can set the following options:

In addition to the default Mavim fields that can be used in a template (see Edit Word Template), you can add your own user-defined fields.
These fields, which can have assigned a value when a manual is generated (see Generate Manual), can be defined here and given a default value if so required.
