Publication

Before information can be shared through publishing, a "snapshot" of your information must be made. This is done by creating a version. See Version Management.

Once a version has been created, you can select what type of publication you wish to create and continue:

Website for Mavim Portal

Website for Mavim Portal. The contents of the database are available through Internet or intranet.

Publish as Word document:

Publication of data in a Word document. The contents of the database are available in printable format.

PDF Manual:

Publication of data in a PDF file. The contents of the database are available in printable format.

Note: If multiple users are active in the database while using the same login credentials, it is not possible to create a publication.
