Important Rules for Ownership
-
Only one field per subject can be marked as ‘Owner for Mavim Portal’.
-
It is not possible to assign multiple owners to a single subject.
-
The value you enter (e.g.,
helpdesk@mavim.com
) must exactly match the UPN in Mavim Portal (checkable via Mavim Portal Administration → Users).
-
-
Recognition of Ownership in Mavim Portal
-
If an owner is correctly set, a ‘user’ icon appears next to the subject/process.
-
Flows can then be automatically executed based on this ownership.
-
Email notifications only work if the Email column is populated.
