If you want to add a new topic to the topic tree, or if you want to paste an existing topic, you have to indicate where you want to place this topic relative to the active topic (the topic tree that you have selected). There are three options:
Lower
The topic is placed a level lower than the active topic in the topic hierarchy:
Above
The topic is placed above the active topic, at the same hierarchical level:
Under
The topic is placed on the same hierarchical level, below the active topic:
The different possibilities can obviously lead to the same result, depending on the choice of active topic.
