You can check if the information in a Created Version has become outdated compared to the current database:
1. Select the Created Version in the Topics screen.
2. Select Properties from the right-click menu or press F4.
3. Click the Version Info tab.
The following tab is opened:
Database Number
Here the number of the database on which the version is based is shown.
Version Number
A version number is a combination of two order numbers and is composed as follows: AABBB
· AA is the order number of the version definition (every version definition is given a higher number).
· BBB is the order number of the version (every new version of the same version definition is given a higher number).
Outdated
Here you can see whether or not the version has become outdated compared to the current situation in the topic structure. It may be advisable to make a new version and distribute it when the version has become outdated.
Version Created
Here you can see when this version has been created.
