Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Create a Visio Solution

1. Open Mavim Manager.
2. Go to Administration → Create Visio Solution.
   
3. Enter a name for your Visio Solution.
4. Select the Visio stencils you want to include.
5. Save the solution. It will appear under Objects → Visio Solutions.
   • If “Objects” is not visible, enable it via Layout → Objects.
     

Step 2: Use the Visio Solution

1. Create a New Generic Chart.
2. Check the box “Apply Visio Solution”.
   
3. Select your saved Visio Solution from the dropdown.
4. The chart will open with the selected template and stencils applied.
