What to do when a permission request appears when logging into the MCC

When you try to log in to the Mavim Connect Center (MCC), you may see a message stating that permission must be granted before you can continue. This happens when your organization’s Microsoft domain has not yet approved access to the MCC application.

Why this happens

MCC uses Microsoft authentication. The first time your organization connects, an admin in your Microsoft 365 domain must approve the application so that users can log in without individual approval requests.

How to resolve the issue

If you see the permission message and cannot log in, follow these steps:

  1. Contact your Microsoft 365 administrator (the person who manages user permissions and apps in your domain).

  2. Ask the admin to open the following URL in a browser:
    https://connectcenter.mavimcloud.com/

  3. When the page loads, the admin will see a Request approval button.

  4. The admin must click this button to approve the application for all users in the domain.

  5. Once the approval is granted, return to MCC and log in again. You should now be able to sign in without any issues.

Important note

  • This step only needs to be done once by an admin.

  • After approval, all users in the organization can access MCC without seeing the permission message.
