How to: publish to pdf

Problem

You have a Version in Mavim that needs to be published to a PDF document.

Solution

Creating a Word publication is quite simple. Each Word publication is based on a Word Theme to determine what the document will look like and the contents that are included. Once the theme has been selected/created; follow these steps to publish to a Word document:

1. Select the Version (green cabinet) you would like to create a publication for.
2. Open the Context Menu and select Publish -> PDF File -> Create.
3. Make sure the correct Theme is selected.
4. Click OK.
5. Select the location the PDF file will be saved to.
6. Click Save.

The PDF will now be generated. Depending on how large the version is; it can take some time for the process to complete.
