How to: sort and renumber topics

How To

A function exists in Mavim that allows you to sort and renumber your topics. In order to make use of it this function; you will need to enable the Subtopics screen.

Enabling the Subtopics Screen:

1. In Mavim Manager; select the Layout Tab on the ribbon.
2. In the Application section; enable Subtopics.

Now that Subtopics is enabled; you can continue to use the function.

Sorting Topics:

1. In the tree; select the parent Topic for which you would like to sort the subtopics.
2. Now select one of the subtopics in the Subtopics screen.
3. Switch to the Navigation tab in the ribbon.
4. In the Moving and Sorting section; click the Sort/Renumber button.
5. Select how you would like to Sort or Renumber your topics and click Apply.

The Topics will be sorted/renumbered.
