Manager - change data language for the data

Question: We have described the database in English but it is in the Dutch data language; can that be converted to the English data language?

Answer:
This is possible; first make sure that the English data language is active (via Tools – Data – Active languages you can make a language active) and no one else in the database is logged in.
Select the yellow cabinet in the Dutch data language; go to the Tools – Data and choose ‘Copy to other language’.


Select 'Include subtopics' and the language to be copied to; and click OK:

The following message will appear:



Click Yes and all data from the Dutch data language will be copied to the English data language.
Please note! Make sure that all users continue to edit the data in the correct data language
