The following screen will appear;

Here you will see a .mwt file selected under Wordtheme and when you click on the 'Edit' button; the selected theme will be opened.

Here you can set on the tabs 'Levels' - 'Print' and User Defined Fields'
which topics you want to print and in what order.
On the ‘General’ tab you can see which Word template (.dotm file) is being used.
When you click on the Edit button behind the selected .dotm file; the following message will appear:

This message appears because you can only edit the .dotm file with Microsoft Word; which is not available in the Mavim cloud. So; if you would like to make changes to the .dotm file; you must download this file to your own environment.
This can be done as follows: In Mavim go to the menu option Edit – Couple Topic with – File

When you click on it; an Explorer screen will be displayed.
In this screen; browse to the .dotm file (which standard is on the location S: \Mavim\Wordthemes\.. ) and drag that file to TempDisk; after which the document will be automatically downloaded to your local environment. (In the downloads folder) Now close the screen above via Cancel or click on the cross.
Now you can open and edit the .dotm file locally in your own environment via Word. When that is done; click in Mavim on the gray slide-out bar in the top middle and choose File Transfer - Upload

here you select the modified .dotm file which will then appear again in the Mavim Cloud on TempDisk.
In Mavim go to the menu option Edit – Couple Topic with – File so that the Explorer screen is displayed again and drag the file to the correct folder on S: \Mavim\Wordthemes\.. (Make sure that the name of the modified .dotm file is the same as the original name and overwrite the old file). You can then create a Word publication with the changed settings.
