Manager - users are not visible in user management

Question:
I have added a user to a database in the MCC but when I want to add this user to a group this user does not show up in the database.
 

Answer:
When a user has been granted permissions in a database and you would like to add this user to a group via Administration - Access Management:




Then it is important that the specific user first starts the Mavim Manager
and if the administrator; who would like to add this user to the group;
is already logged into the Mavim Manager then this user
will only become visible to the administrator if the administrator also restarts the Mavim Manager.
