Question: Exporting Visio PDF files from the Mavim cloud to my local environment doesn't work.

Answer:
When you export a Visio diagram via File – Export to PDF



then it is not possible to save it directly to the TempDisk location

If you click on publish in the screen above; a message will appear that the file cannot be downloaded:



To prevent this; you should first save the file to the H:\ or S:\ Drive in the Mavim cloud and then you can drag the file to Tempdisk (see also https://my.mavim.com/en-us/knowledge-base/article/KA-01599 )
