Mavim manager - license for user outside the active directory Question : How can I give users; who -- KA-01638
Question: How can I give users; who are not included in my organization's domain; access to the Mavim Manager?
Answer:
A user can only log in to the Manager if this user was created via the MCC (https://connectcenter.mavimcloud.com ) and is also present in the organization's domain.
If it concerns a Mavim partner who already has access to the Mavim Manager; you can give the user access to your databases via the MCC; see
https://my.mavim.com/en-US/knowledge-base/article/KA-01578
If it is not a Mavim partner and the user does not have a Mavim Manager account and does not have access to the organization's domain; you could ask IT to give the user an account in your domain or to include the current account of the external user as a guest account in your domain; so that you can then give this user a Mavim Manager license on his account via the MCC
